Where should I save my files? You have options.

    • UF Dropbox : Dropbox is a safe and secure way to share data, because data is encrypted in transit and at rest. (Multiple layers of redundancy and security keep what’s in UF Dropbox for Faculty and Staff safe and compliant with university policies and regulations.) Sign up/in here.
    • UF OneDrive: OneDrive @ UF makes file exchange and management easy! Classmates and colleagues can share resources and collaborate on projects directly from a web browser or mobile device. Students, faculty, and staff are provided 1TB of cloud storage. Sign up/in here.
    • CJC L Drive: The CJC provides the “L” drive as a place to save your personal files on the CJC File Server that only you can access. This drive is part of the UF system and is backed up daily. It is accessible only from a computer within the UF network. There is no way to access it on a mobile device (phone/tablet).
    • CJC S Drive: The CJC provides the “S” drive as a place to save shared files on the CJC File Server that accessible by a group of people that is granted permission. This drive is part of the UF system and is backed up daily. It is accessible only from a computer within the UF network. There is no way to access it on a mobile device (phone/tablet).
